All breeding stock are sold as guaranteed breeders if the buyer purchases the livestock solely for reproductive purposes. If the buyer has proof that the breeding animal was not productive by 24 months of age, Morgan Cattle Co. will refund the purchase amount in full. If the buyer chooses to exhibit and/or display the breeding stock at any time prior to the animal being 24 months of age, Morgan Cattle Co. will not guarantee the livestock as a breeder.

All livestock sold are considered structurally correct and sound in the eye of the seller. If the buyer questions the structural correctness or quality of the livestock, the buyer should not purchase that animal. All sales are final.

Morgan Cattle Co. is not responsible for the timeliness of registration papers submitted by other breeders. Morgan Cattle Co. assumes that the information on the official registration papers is honest and valid.

All buyers must sign a Purchase Agreement. The buyer must submit a deposit in the amount specified by the seller in order for the livestock to be considered sold. The date that the deposit is received will be the official Date of Purchase. The buyer has 10 days from the Date of Purchase to submit the remaining balance unless both parties agree upon different terms as defined in the Purchase Agreement. If the buyer is unable to submit the remaining balance prior to the deadline, the deposit is forfeited and the livestock is eligible for resale. Livestock will not be permitted to leave the premises until the purchase amount is paid in full.

Morgan Cattle Co. is not responsible for personal injury and/or damages while visiting the premises.
