From U.S. 35 in Gallia County, take St.Rt. 325 North toward Vinton. Travel 4.8 miles to Woods Mill Road and turn right. MCC is the 1st drive on the left.

Terms & Conditions:

All bulls and females are sold as guaranteed breeders if the buyer purchases the livestock solely for reproductive purposes. If the buyer has proof that the breeding animal(s) is not productive at 24 months of age, Morgan Cattle Co. will refund the original purchase amount. If the buyer chooses to exhibit and/or display the breeding animal(s), Morgan Cattle Co. will not guarantee the livestock as a breeder.

All cattle sold are considered structurally correct and sound in the eye of the seller. If the buyer has any question about the structural integrity of the livestock, the buyer should not purchase the animal(s).

The buyer must submit a deposit in the amount specified by the seller in order to consider the animal(s) as sold. The date the the deposit is received will be the official date of purchase. The buyer has 10 days from the date of purchase to submit the remaining balance in full. If the buyer is unable to submit the full payment within the 10 day time period, the deposit is forfeited and the livestock is eligible for resale. Livestock will not be permitted to leave the premises until the purchase amount is paid in full.

The Purchaser must contact Morgan Cattle Co. and provide written documentation of any complaints.

All sales are final.
